THE SUMMER I TURNED PRETTY Watch party - Everything you need

With season 2 finale approaching and summer days coming to an end it's a great opportunity to throw a watch party. You don't have to break a bank to make it special. Here are my tips:

1. Have a budget

Before purchasing anything, decide on your budget. This could save you money. I used to overspend for birthday parties and this helped a lot.

2. E-invitations 

Time to get creative! It may be tempting to get invitations printed, but an e-vite, inspired by the theme can be just as awesome.

3. Bring your own bottle

Have guests bring their own bottle and set up a self-serve bar with some decorations.

4. DIY decorating
Speaking of decorations... keeping it simple is the key. Choose a color scheme and use it to demonstrate the vide of the tv show/movie.

5. DYI gifts 
Being a fan of hand made gifts, i can only recommend making unique gifts for your guests. I made some SVG files inspired by The Summer I Turned Pretty TV show, and they are free to download. You can get it with the link below.        

Supplies you'll need for the candy holders:

- Cricut (or any kind of) cutting machine
- Cardstock (I recommend 65-80lb), quantity and colors depends on the design
- Hot glue
- Plastic ball ornaments (Diameter: 6cm/2,36in or 8cm/3,15in)
- Candy/Chocolate of your choice
